I started building my own websites back in 1998, I had a few friends who had small businesses who needed help getting a presence on the Internet. My first customer was a Connecticut painter who wanted more business from the Internet. I built a pretty simple website for him from a template and he was quite pleased. He was getting overloaded with clients just from the website that I made.
As years went by, I built websites for certain niches and I learned a lot of SEO. I was even able to have one of the top websites for the search term make money online this garnered me a lot of visitors to my website. My friend called me from out West and he wanted a limo company website built.
He told me that there was major competition for this search term Denver limousine was I was amazed! There were hundreds of limo companies fighting for the top spot. I worked my butt off and I was able to get my friend to page 1 on Google. That was pretty good!
I built a company that was designed to help small businesses with their SEO and I made a small fortune. I was making more money than I knew what to do with – this was exciting. I became known as the SEO guru and I even made a blog about how to get higher ranking on the search engines.
Thank God for SEO and the freedom that I have to work from home. If you want to make some good cash, you should learn SEO and get started on your new business. In the end, you’ll be happy you did! Just imagine the freedom of working at home and not having some boss sweat you all day long. It’s great working for yourself and not having to answer to some higher level idiot. This is how life should be.
